Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

At Fuze HR Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering services on behalf of our company in Ontario, Alberta, and BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and design mechanical systems in existing buildings, including HVAC, domestic water supply, and plumbing.
  • Manage mechanical projects, including client and contractor management, and mentoring and leading team members.
  • Conduct property condition assessments, reserve fund studies, and building condition assessments to identify and evaluate client needs.
  • Prepare and review written scopes of work, tendering, and construction documents.
  • Chair regular construction site meetings and provide project updates to clients.
  • Monitor construction budgets and schedules, and work closely with contractors and clients to manage changes.
Requirements:
  • P.Eng. required.
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and client management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
