Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
  • Lead and manage the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in HR, business, or related field
  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to engage and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
