Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
- Lead and manage the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Master's degree in HR, business, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Certification in SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to engage and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
