  • Assist the Store E-commerce Manager in overseeing the e-commerce department's daily operations, including managing inventory, processing orders, and resolving customer issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-commerce department when the Store E-commerce Manager is unavailable, making key decisions to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our e-commerce operations remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers and software applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret data, reports, and other business documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a production-oriented environment, warehouse, or stocking shelves.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Certifications in areas such as inventory management, customer service, or leadership development.
