We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Engineer - Project Management to lead and drive the success of medium to large-scale Enterprise engineering projects. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and project management skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver outstanding project results in the areas of productivity, capacity, and new products.

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale Enterprise engineering projects
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of related project and construction management experience
• General experience working with manufacturing facilities and design, preferably in food processing
• Project management skills, including initiating, coordinating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and recommend improvements
• Ability to interpret technical information, instructions, and details
• Planning and prioritization skills, innovation, multi-tasking, goal setting, analytical skills, adaptable
• Ability to understand, influence, drive, and negotiate with internal and external customers
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Advanced PC skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and engineering and design software
• Advanced knowledge in project management and construction methods

• Project management certification
• Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations, codes, and standards
