- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to established standards.
- Logistics and Operations: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet and private event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown.
- Communication and Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of banquet equipment.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor banquet staff to uphold service standards and enhance their skills.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of banquet and event planning processes, familiarity with food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.
- Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour.
