Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of banquet and private event operations.
  • Lead and train banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and adhere to established standards.
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and maintain attention to detail.
  • Monitor event timelines and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
