Job Title: Healing Justice Program Director

Join the Movement Innovation Collaborative team as a Healing Justice Program Director, where you will play a key role in shaping the organization's strategy and programs focused on healing justice and sustainable work culture.

About the Role

The Healing Justice Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan that leverages the outcomes and learnings from the pilot phase towards building collective systems and practices supported by networked infrastructure. This includes defining and prioritizing goals and outcomes into actionable workplans, cultivating communities of practice, convening stakeholders for collaborative ideation and shared analysis, and overseeing action research for testing HJ&SWC practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for HJ&SWC program strategy
  • Define and prioritize goals and outcomes into actionable workplans
  • Cultivate communities of practice and convene stakeholders for collaborative ideation and shared analysis
  • Oversee action research for testing HJ&SWC practices and collect data for sense-making
  • Work in close collaboration with other MIC leadership to ensure alignment, cross-fertilization, and shared programming across all program strategies
Requirements
  • Strong alignment with the MIC's mission, values, and culture
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging lived experience to drive meaningful results and change
  • Track record of building relationships with progressive organizational leaders
  • Demonstrated expertise in community organizing and program development, with at least three-five years of experience in coalition and base-building
  • Lived knowledge and professional experience testing and embedding healing justice and sustainable work culture practices
  • Leadership style that is action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, community-centered, and brings an innovative approach to addressing challenges

  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000
  • 15 days of vacation, four personal days, 12 sick days per year, and a generous paid family leave policy
