Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients through inbound calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including loan account histories and payment records.
  • Meet or exceed departmental metrics for calls handled per hour and after-call time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Perform routine loan account maintenance, including address updates and payment due date changes.
  • Respond to internal customer service-related questions and provide support as needed.
  • Reset customer account passwords and login IDs, and assist with online account setup and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role or related client contact required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with confidential information.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus; experience within the banking and/or finance industries also preferred.
Work Schedule

Our ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a regular schedule of 3 days 10-7, 1 day 8-7, Friday 8-6, and every other Saturday 9-3.
