RV Wash & Detail Technician
At National Indoor RV Centers, our Wash & Detail Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that recreational vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Compensation: Our technicians earn between $18 and $20 per hour. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly wash and wax RVs, utilizing appropriate cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
  • Detail the interiors of RVs, focusing on carpets, upholstery, and cabinetry.
  • Conduct inspections of RVs for any damages or necessary repairs, reporting findings to the Wash & Detail Manager.
  • Safely maneuver RVs in and out of service and storage areas.
  • Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize equipment correctly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning and detailing supplies.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in washing and detailing luxury vehicles, RVs, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate equipment such as pressure washers and buffers.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.

Working Conditions:
  • Work is primarily conducted on-site.
  • May involve extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
  • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects.
  • May involve working in confined spaces or at heights.
  • May require exposure to natural elements, including inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
  • May involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
  • May require weekend or holiday work.
