RV Cleaning Specialist

At National Indoor RV Centers, our Wash & Detail Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that recreational vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Compensation: Our technicians earn between $18 and $20 per hour. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly wash and wax RVs, utilizing appropriate cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
- Detail the interiors of RVs, focusing on carpets, upholstery, and cabinetry.
- Conduct inspections of RVs for any damages or necessary repairs, reporting findings to the Wash & Detail Manager.
- Safely maneuver RVs in and out of service and storage areas.
- Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize equipment correctly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning and detailing supplies.
- Keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in washing and detailing luxury vehicles, RVs, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with cleaning and detailing products and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to operate equipment such as pressure washers and buffers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily conducted on-site.
- May involve extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
- May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects.
- May involve working in confined spaces or at heights.
- May require exposure to natural elements, including inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
- May involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
- May require weekend or holiday work.
