Service Advisor Job Description

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to play a key role in our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the service process and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers and provide them with a positive and professional experience, listening to their concerns and identifying their needs.
  • Service Request Management: Document and accurately communicate service requests to the service technicians, ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are ordered and available.
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management: Schedule service appointments, maintain an organized service schedule, and manage the service department's workflow.
  • Customer Communication: Inform customers about service recommendations, provide them with estimates of costs, and obtain customer or warranty approval prior to work being performed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with knowledge of RV repair and maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service software programs.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
