Food Service Specialist

Job Summary: As a Food Service Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will be responsible for providing sustenance to fellow Soldiers, ensuring their ability to face challenges and protect the nation. You will learn how to plan and prepare menus, operate and maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure food safety and facility sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake, fry, braise, boil, simmer, steam, and sauté as prescribed by Army recipes
- Operate, maintain, and clean field kitchen equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on garrison and field kitchen equipment

Requirements:
- Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
