Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Firelands Regional Medical Center. As a Float LPN, you will provide care for patients in various settings, utilizing the nursing process and incorporating evidence-based practice into daily patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides care for patients in various settings
  • Utilizes the nursing process and evidence-based practice
  • Collects data to assist in patient assessment
  • Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Documents patient care and assists with discharge planning
  • Communicates with peers, other health team members, patients, and visitors
Requirements
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of Ohio
  • Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy
  • Current certification in CPR
  • Prefer minimum of one year's experience in pertinent clinical area
