Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client charts, prioritizing welcome and confirmation calls, providing friendly and enthusiastic customer service, managing clinic schedules, entering stock and custom orders, performing weekly inventory audits, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits. Additionally, they will assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting via telephone or in-person, clean and check devices, and maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and pricing.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service and office administration, knowledge of hearing aid technology, and proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office are required. Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills are also essential.
