About the Role

The Operations Manager Trainee is a key position within our organization, responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to independently manage a financially viable dental office. Responsibilities
  • Modeling Company Culture: You will be responsible for modeling our company culture, values, and standards, and for creating an environment that promotes a positive and productive work culture.
  • Team Management: You will be responsible for assessing, hiring, and retaining the right team members, and for providing comprehensive training, supervision, counseling, and coaching to ensure the success of our team.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management required.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
  • Travel: Reliable means of transportation required for timely travel to multiple offices per day.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates preferred.

Work Environment
