About the RoleThe Operations Manager Trainee is a key position within our organization, responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to independently manage a financially viable dental office. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
- Travel: Reliable means of transportation required for timely travel to multiple offices per day.
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates preferred.
- Results-Oriented: You will be responsible for setting realistic goals, meeting commitments, and prioritizing daily tasks to achieve results.
- Effective Team Builder: You will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes a positive and productive work culture, and for building trust-based relationships with our team members.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of what a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is primarily a sedentary office classification, but may require field visits and driving. Temperature conditions are controlled with no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
