Responsibilities

  • Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management required.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
  • Travel: Reliable means of transportation required for timely travel to multiple offices per day.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates preferred.

Work Environment
