As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in educating clients about the benefits of our products and services.

The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new sales leads by making initial phone or email contact and engage the account to prepare them for the Account Executive.
  • Manage current accounts by staying in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals.
  • Provide customer support by answering calls and emails from clients, identifying issues, and making suggestions for future or new products or services.

Requirements:

  • Energetic individuals who want a fun work atmosphere working with people on a daily basis over the phone and meeting virtually.
  • High School diploma (BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (no cold calls).
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Coachable.
  • Must have computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
  • Associate/BS/BA/Master Degree is a plus.
