Concentric Energy Advisors, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Energy Expert Consultant to join our team. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the energy and utility industries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and management of client engagement projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide written testimony on various prudence issues related to energy and gas pipelines, including those at the FERC level.
- Assist clients in navigating the complex regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance with FERC requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement economic analysis, right of way planning, and rate case filing strategies for utility clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business development opportunities and driving growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing expert insights and recommendations to clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Math, Finance, or Accounting, with a Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in the energy utility space, with a proven track record of generating consulting services sales and leading business development efforts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies to utility leadership.
- Experience with expert witness testimony and regulatory proceedings, with a strong understanding of FERC regulations and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
