Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our team at Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. As an Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for operating equipment, conducting quality checks, and interpreting production work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machines and equipment following accepted practices
  • Conduct quality checks using a tape measurer and basic measurement equipment
  • Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required
  • Use basic power tools such as an impact drill and wrench
  • Interpret and use production work orders to build units using proper materials and parts
  • Comply with the Quality Management System and 1st piece Inspection
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a manufacturing warehouse, preferably in automotive
  • Construction experience preferred, including masonry, framing, or concrete work
  • Basic mechanic experience preferred
  • Ability to meet production standards and follow directions
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerancing preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write legibly in English
