Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales and customer experience initiatives both online and in-person
- Work closely with Managers and Customer Experience Representatives to ensure efficient task completion
- Manage administrative responsibilities including deal documentation, underwriting, and inventory oversight
- Implement company directives and strategic initiatives
- Assist customers through phone interactions, appointment scheduling, and providing information on their options
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives and oversee dealership operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exhibit professional communication and persuasive abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications
- Attention to detail throughout the sales process
- Commitment to training and feedback for performance enhancement
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable with operating and parking vehicles
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Educational Background:
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Successful completion of drug test and background screening
