We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Representative Trainee. As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in selling Individual Insurance products.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $36,000 annually, with an hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days. Additionally, you will be eligible for a monthly sales incentive opportunity and a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

Job Description

As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to develop your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients. You will contribute to classroom discussions, participate in goal setting sessions, and progress evaluation meetings. You will also demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test.

You will gain invaluable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients, cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners, and acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program
  • Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job, max of 2 attempts at Life and Health exam
  • Must pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation to attend appointments and meetings
Benefits and Perks

In addition to the competitive salary and benefits package, you will receive regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year and 11 paid holidays in 2024. You will also be provided sick leave through the use of personal time.
