Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure in the state of Virginia or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language impairments
  • Design and execute individualized therapy programs tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student growth
  • Maintain precise and organized records of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Engage actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
