Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with students to provide therapy interventions and support their communication development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy interventions to students in one-on-one or small group settings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and data reporting
  • Participate in IEP and ARD meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Active Virginia SLP license and ASHA CCCs
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Preferred qualifications include 2 years of school-based experience and 1 year of teletherapy experience
