  • Complete necessary documentation for program evaluations and participant assessments.
  • Process purchase requests in accordance with organizational guidelines.
  • Ensure effective communication with management to facilitate smooth program operations.
  • Maintain and enhance the environment of program spaces to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Keep accurate records of participant information and program documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including reports and logs.
  • Report any incidents or emergencies to management promptly.
  • Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating professionalism and commitment.
  • Participate in required training to uphold supervisory qualifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years and pass all required background checks.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant experience or training, with a focus on supervisory roles.
