Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Mobility Connectivity Platform. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, managing team resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers/Leads in defining and delivering product roadmaps for the Mobility Connectivity Platform
  • Manage team resources, performance, and budget
  • Develop and iterate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in conjunction with market requirements
  • Own the product vision and evangelize it throughout the organization
  • Own the product business case and advocate for funding and resourcing
  • Bring the voice of the customer to the product by working closely with internal teams, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and users
  • Define interfaces with various internal or partner solutions where applicable
  • Interact with partners, customers, and prospects to define market requirements
  • Collaborate with business segments on new product initiatives and feature releases
  • Be data-driven and focus on customer insights to develop product features
  • Act as the single point of contact for product needs, roadmap, prioritization, and communication
  • Engage with solution partners and ecosystem players
  • Use metrics to drive a deep understanding of product market fit and its uses
  • Facilitate build vs buy analysis for technology selection
  • Drive success of the final product and improvement iterations
  • Present to senior executives on the continuous evolution of product portfolio
Requirements
  • 7+ years managing one or more products or experience like the above essential functions
  • 5+ years as a software engineer and/or managing engineering teams within a product development organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with global teams, strong collaboration, and communications skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
  • Highly motivated self-starter with experience working with Scaled Agile Framework development teams
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams to drive and deliver business cases
  • Fast learner and comfortable with technical details
  • Demonstrated experience understanding of customer-focused design thinking process
  • Are productive and can identify the most important issues, prioritize time, and deliver results consistently
  • Passionate about solving problems for customers and can define compelling products that address those needs
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree, CS degree, or equivalent experience is preferred (MBA/master's degree a plus)
  • Experience in Aviation and/or Maritime industry a plus
  • Able to travel up to 20%
