As a reputable full-service mortgage firm, we focus on originating and structuring Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, in addition to offering Conventional FNMA, Non-QM, and Government Loan Programs.
NOTE: THIS ROLE IS EXCLUSIVELY SUPPORTIVE - IT DOES NOT INVOLVE SALES ACTIVITIES - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL SALES-RELATED POSITIONS.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct follow-up calls to new and pending prospects.
- Identify reasons for delays in the closing process.
- Take necessary actions to address issues and expedite closings.
- Engage in follow-up communications with various lenders.
- Confirm and validate lender funding availability, terms, guidelines, and preferences.
- Flexible scheduling options for part-time or full-time work.
- Hourly compensation along with bonuses on successfully closed loan files.
- Proven experience in mortgage telemarketing or solicitation.
- Professional and courteous demeanor in telephone and customer service interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including email and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, scheduling, and ongoing communication with prospects and lenders.
