Mortgage Processor/Customer Experience Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Mortgage Processor/Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the Los Angeles area.

This role is a customer-facing position, operating in a call center environment and supporting Consumer Direct Lending.

As a Specialist, you will act as the primary consumer contact, guiding them through the loan origination process after a licensed discussion with a loan officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner
  • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
  • Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with employees, consumers, and/or authorized 3rd parties
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
