Benefits Policy Management

The ideal candidate will have expertise in benefits administration and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing benefits policies and procedures
• Conducting benefits needs assessments and analyzing data to inform policy decisions
• Collaborating with the Leave Specialist to oversee the management of workers' compensation cases
