Overall Responsibility:
The Regional Operations Manager oversees all facets of clinical operations for the designated area within the region.

This role is accountable for overall employee performance, staffing, and front office operations, which include managing the reception area, handling mail distribution and review, overseeing large purchasing requests, inventory management, and facility oversight.

Additionally, this position is responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including the development and supervision of programs aimed at maximizing the utilization of services and equipment.

Implementing policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with UCA standards at all assigned clinics is also a key responsibility.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


Oversees overall clinic operations to ensure quality metrics are met, operational costs are controlled, and clinics achieve the overall budgeted EBITDA.

Ensures clinics are open and adequately staffed during regular hours and special events. Responsible for ensuring that all facility equipment is available, operational, safe, and clean. Must be present and accessible for all assigned locations.

Assists in ensuring that the physical plant, furnishings, and equipment are in proper working order. Recommends capital expenditures as necessary. Inspects and maintains records on facilities and equipment, including Biomed reports and facility completion.

Ensures that the landscape and clinic appearance are well-maintained, attractive, and reflective of the quality of care provided.

Resolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds, and accounting corrections originating from multiple sites.

Oversees and monitors supply inventories, ensuring that adequate supplies are ordered and available for each assigned clinic.

Inspects and maintains records on facilities and equipment.

Coordinates facility and equipment maintenance and other vendor services for each assigned location in the region.

Develops monthly staff schedules, reviews timecards, and provides input for payroll calculations for all assigned clinics.

Performs front-end registration and/or clinical tasks as a backup in case of employee absence or high patient volume.

Selects, trains, supervises, and develops employees while monitoring the quality and productivity levels of site staff.

Ensures that staff is adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles.


Ensures that staff adheres to all clinic policies and procedures, utilizing performance management when necessary to hold staff accountable and ensure licenses are current.

Must be able to travel to other locations as assigned.

Requirements

Skills and Attributes:
Strong planning and organizational skills.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication abilities.

Prior training in HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, COR, and emergency procedures.

Proficient in common computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email, and able to train others.

Exceptional customer service skills to manage escalated issues.

Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
