Site Operations Manager

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Air Security Officers and Hangar Security Officers at the Kansas City, MO hub. This includes scheduling, timekeeping, safety, and incident management, as well as providing direction to staff regarding daily duties and assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned aviation site and interact directly with the Client and Project Manager as needed.
- Track arrival/departure and activities of security staff.
- Develop, review, and approve all weekly schedules and perform changes to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all missions are on time and fully staffed.
- Monitor and report changing conditions, including missing staff, changed missions, and cancellations.
- Complete travel documents for staff when required.
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientations.
- Ensure sufficient inventory and develop purchase requests when uniforms and equipment are needed.
- Track and schedule annual physicals, drug screening, security registrations, and certifications per contract requirements.
- Coordination and oversight of training.
- Participates in company/department quality audits.
- Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records.
Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of the United States of America.
- Must be a high school graduate.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Must be free from conviction of a misdemeanor crime of moral turpitude or domestic violence.
- Must meet the General and Law-Enforcement Experience Guard Qualification Requirements.
- Be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
- Possess a valid state driver's license from their state of residence and have a safe driving record for the past five years.
- Possess the ability to meet and deal tactfully with people.
- Possess the ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
- Possess poise, self-confidence, and the ability to make sound decisions and react quickly under stressful conditions.
- Possess the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Possess the ability to learn and adapt to changing situations.
- Possess the ability to accept and respond to instruction and direction.
