Position Overview:
The individual in this role will be accountable for the precise installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim elements.

Work Schedule:
Typically requires 38 – 48 hours per week. Travel is a component of this position, with evening and weekend work dictated by project requirements. Overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with three or fewer points
Key Responsibilities:
  • Capable of utilizing checklists effectively
  • Installs cabinetry, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while prioritizing quality
  • Manages time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Adheres to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA standards, and seeks assistance when handling heavy materials
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Capability to drive a vehicle for necessary travel.
Work Environment:
  • This position operates on commercial job sites.
  • While performing job duties, the team member may be frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
