Work Schedule:
Typically requires 38 to 48 hours of work per week. Travel is an integral part of the job, with work hours varying based on project requirements, including potential nights and weekends. Overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with no more than three points.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize checklists effectively.
  • Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Manage time effectively to complete projects within budget.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA guidelines, and seek assistance when handling heavy materials.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
