Cabinet Assembly Specialist

The individual in this role will be accountable for the assembly and installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and finishing trim.
Work Schedule:
Typically requires 38 to 48 hours of work per week. Travel is an essential part of this role, with night and weekend hours determined by project requirements. Overtime may be necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings
- Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
- Must maintain a clean driving record with three or fewer points
- Utilize checklists effectively
- Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while prioritizing quality
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA standards and seeking assistance when lifting heavy materials
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements:
