Position Overview:

The individual in this role will be accountable for the installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim components.

Work Schedule:

Typical work hours range from 38 to 48 hours weekly. This position requires travel, with work during nights and weekends determined by project needs. Overtime may be necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with no more than three points
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize checklists effectively
  • Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products promptly while emphasizing quality
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure projects are completed cost-effectively
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA regulations and seeking assistance when lifting heavy items
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
