About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Infusion RN to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. As an Oncology Infusion RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and coordination of the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients for side effects and respond accordingly
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on chemotherapy administration, side effects, and other relevant topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Current ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider card
  • 2 years of experience in oncology nursing
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
