We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Jobot, a leading Oil and Gas Technology company. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the US by collaborating with our Sales team to develop and improve the sales process.

  • Develop and Improve Sales Process: Work closely with the Sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and leverage our product and service portfolio to meet client needs.
  • Establish Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with E&P companies, utilizing your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive business success.
  • Provide Exceptional Client Satisfaction: Work closely with the Sales team and Operations to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Inform Strategic Decisions: Provide ongoing feedback to Sales leadership, informing strategic decisions and driving business success.

As a sales professional with a hands-on approach, you will utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to:

  • Manage Customer Relationships: Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Maintain a Strong Network: Build and leverage a strong network in key areas, including Midland, Denver, and Pittsburgh.
  • Build a Black Book of Contacts: Develop and maintain a black book of current completions contacts.
  • Navigate Company Software and Processes: Navigate company software and processes with ease.
  • Provide Full-Service to Clients: Provide full-service to clients, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

We are seeking a self-starter with a strong relationship building skills and ability to navigate complex sales environments. Requirements include:

  • 5-10 Years of Technical Sales Experience: 5-10 years of technical sales experience in fracing and completions.
  • Strong Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationship building skills and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications: Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
