As a Business Development Strategist for Real Estate Optimization, you will play a key role in optimizing our overall Workplace Strategy by analyzing data and understanding customer workspace needs.

The position requires close collaboration with the Head of Planning & Design and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with business goals. You will also be responsible for managing strategic projects, including space evaluations, new space planning, and change management initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or real estate portfolio planning. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required. Proficiency in technology tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and statistical packages is essential.

You will be an effective communicator, able to convey complex analyses in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and the ability to integrate complex data from various systems are also required. Experience with Computer Assisted Facility Management (CAFM) systems and Computer-Aided Design (AUTOCAD) is a plus.
