Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report on marketing campaigns: Measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and use data to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Partner with sales and product development teams: Partner with sales and product development teams to develop comprehensive user/buyer personas based on market research and product/industrial knowledge.
  • Develop sales tools and collaterals: Lead the marketing teams to develop sales tools, collaterals, training materials, and demos.
  • Manage marketing budgets: Develop and manager marketing budgets, ensuring that spending is in line with business goals and ROI is tracked and reported regularly.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations: Partner with internal teams to recruit, select, orient, and train employees. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach/evaluate employees' performance, communicate expectations, and ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Build strategic relationships: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry stakeholders. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

Requirements:
