About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Logistics Manager to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule delivery routes, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate deliveries from pick-up to final drop-off, ensuring all goods arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Track and monitor shipments in real-time, proactively addressing any potential issues.
  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers and delivery personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with customers, providing updates and proactively resolving any concerns.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the delivery operation, maximizing profitability.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers or carriers.
  • Generate regular reports on delivery performance, KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in supply chain management, delivery, logistics, or operations, preferably in a data center or technology environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
