Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team as SVP/Chief Product Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of products that deliver value to our business and customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, vision, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a unified product vision that aligns with our business goals
  • Formulate and communicate the product management department's vision and strategy
  • Create and manage a process for driving a scalable product portfolio that drives business success
  • Build and manage a world-class product team
  • Identify target consumer segments and markets, and lead the evaluation of market trends, product industry, and competition strategies
  • Lead the transformation of product ideas into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects
  • Ensure continuous improvement in product experience and compliance with market needs
  • Review, refine, and support product sales strategies
Requirements
  • Leadership skills to influence, manage, and guide employees to achieve organizational goals
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to understand, guide, and motivate employees and stakeholders
  • Advanced research skills, knowledge, and insight of product analytics to assess product performance, customer experience, and revenue growth opportunities
  • Strategy skills to navigate and manage the development process
  • Customer engagement expertise to identify customer needs, understand problems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem-solving skills to make complex decisions under stressful and unexpected situations
  • Budgeting skills to set budgets that utilize minimum resources and deliver maximum product potential
  • Data-driven reporting skills to interpret and maintain timely qualitative and quantitative reports on product performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • MBA preferred
  • 18 years of progressive product-centric technology leadership experience, including a demonstrated record of success in bringing products from early-stage development to market launch
  • 10 years of experience in B2B product leadership
