About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial and operational strategy, driving growth and innovation, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial and operational strategy that aligns with our mission and vision
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee the management of our financial systems, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our senior leadership team on financial and operational matters
  • Collaborate with our Board of Directors and other stakeholders to ensure the long-term financial health and sustainability of our organization
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, innovation, and efficiency
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee the management of our operational systems, including facilities, IT, and human resources
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our senior leadership team on operational matters
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial and operational leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving financial and operational growth, innovation, and efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
