Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This includes providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

To be successful in this role, you must be currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you will practice, have a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and hold a current BLS card.
