The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining tools maintenance, installation, and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery from various manufacturers, including Mitsubishi, Mori Seiki, Mazak, Hardinge, Okuma, and Makino.
  • Converse with customers to minimize stress and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely or in the field.
  • Communicate effectively with other technicians, place orders for parts replacements, and collaborate with in-house advanced technical support to tackle complex tasks.
  • Travel regionally using company service vehicles and enjoy fully paid travel expenses, including lodging, tolls, meals, and more.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining tools maintenance, installation, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
