**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers over the phone and in person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, services, and pricing.
  • Process customer orders and handle payment transactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
