  • Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, exercising sound judgment to protect both bank and customer assets.
Customer Interaction

Welcome customers, ascertain their needs, fulfill requests, and address inquiries.

Issue Resolution

Investigate and rectify discrepancies as they arise.

Transaction Processing
  • Handle cash item deposits, savings deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Process payments for loans, credit cards, and utilities.
  • Manage the sale and redemption of savings bonds.
  • Reconcile night deposits and transactions received by mail.
  • Supervise the vault and ATM operations when designated.
Cash Handling Procedures

Adhere to all cash handling protocols to ensure accurate balancing and secure management of funds.

Compliance and Security
  • Complete and manage holds and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) as necessary.
  • Maintain safety and security measures consistently, implementing dual control protocols when required.
  • Keep accurate logs and assist in audit processes, ensuring the security of personal keys and assigned codes.
Additional Duties
  • Process check cashing requests.
  • Maintain assigned cash levels and balance the drawer, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Uphold customer service standards at all times.
  • Promote bank services, including gift cards, and identify opportunities for cross-selling, referring customers to Personal Bankers as needed.
  • Utilize back-office capture systems to transmit transactions to corporate, resolving any balancing issues.

Exhibit adaptability in scheduling to accommodate various hours and locations within the market.
