Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and broker partners, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Benefits Administration: Service Group Benefits accounts in accordance with agency systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations.
  • Implementation and Execution: Oversee, facilitate, and execute implementation documents with the Account Management team.
  • Document Review and Maintenance: Develop and review SPDs and agreements/contracts for accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Electronic Filing and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files in CRM and electronic file structure.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to other positions as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with agency E&O procedures and guidelines, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a consulting, brokerage, or insurance company environment
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe; PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Self-Funded experience
