Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and employees, maintaining a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Promote a positive and caring work environment by addressing and resolving conflicts in a calm and poised manner.
  • Assist departmental heads with HR functions, scheduling, and general oversight, stepping in to support with operational duties as needed.
  • Process payroll for employees, maintain contact lists for staff, vendors, and emergency situations, and prepare and process invoices for all departments.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area and events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference for hospitality industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Team player.
