The Red Lion Team is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector II for the First (1st) shift.

Summary:
This role involves providing technical assistance to the quality assurance and quality engineering (QE) teams | Conducting quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to established quality and reliability standards | Collecting and analyzing statistical data from processes to confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations | Suggesting new or improved methods, procedures, and standards.
Major Position Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
Conducts repetitive and routine inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials.
Inspects purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements.
Performs audits to ensure that quality standards are upheld.
Documents the outcomes of inspections and testing.
Coordinates the calibration of testing equipment and fixtures.
Assists with inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years of prior experience in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Effective oral and written communication skills
Mathematical proficiency
Computer literacy
Technical knowledge
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical Training Degree
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.
Must be capable of lifting up to 45 pounds.
May require standing for prolonged periods.
Travel Requirements: Minimal or no travel expected.
