Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Representative to join our team at VNS Health Plans. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for improving market awareness and supporting community presence within a particular territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to enhance product visibility and drive referrals to VNS Health Plans.
  • Collaborate with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to plan and execute events, presentations, and grassroots strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and events, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CBOs, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote community presence and VNS Health Plans' footprint.
  • Develop and present business plans for assigned territories to Outreach management.
  • Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and policies respecting enrollment and community activities.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in marketing, sales, public relations, community relations, fund-raising, or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
