COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- BASE SALARY: $320,000 Annually - NO STATE INCOME TAX - maximize your earnings
- Relocation Assistance: $30,000+
- Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
- Retention Bonus: 10% of annual salary after 2 years
- Student Loan Repayment: Available through various programs
- Annual Base Salary Increase: Guaranteed up to 5%
- PTO: 400 hours carryover or cash payout for unused time, with increased time off based on tenure
- Additional Benefits: 13 Paid Holidays
- CME: Covered + Time Off

- Patient Demographics: 50% Adult / 50% Child
- Session Length: 2 hours for child patients
- Session Length: 1.5 hours for adult patients
- Work Schedule: Choose between a 4 or 5-day work week
- Patient Load: Up to 14 patients per day during an 8-hour shift
- Must be Board Certified or Fellowship trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
