  • BASE SALARY: $320,000 annually - NO STATE INCOME TAX - maximize your earnings
  • Relocation Assistance: $30,000+
  • Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
  • Retention Bonus: 10% of annual salary at the 2-year milestone
  • Student Loan Repayment: Available through various programs
  • Annual Base Salary Increase: Guaranteed up to 5%
  • PTO: 400 hours carryover or cash payout for unused time, with increased time off based on tenure

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY OVERVIEW for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Patient Demographics: 50% Adult / 50% Child
  • Session Length: 2 hours for child patients
  • Session Length: 1.5 hours for adult patients
  • Work Schedule: Choose between a 4 or 5-day work week
  • Patient Load: Up to 14 patients per day (during an 8-hour workday)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Must be Board Certified or Fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
