- BASE SALARY: $320,000 annually - NO STATE INCOME TAX - maximize your earnings
- Relocation Assistance: $30,000+
- Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
- Retention Bonus: 10% of annual salary after 2 years
- Student Loan Repayment: Available through various programs
- Annual Base Salary Increase: Guaranteed up to 5%
- PTO: 400 hours carryover or cash payout for unused time, with increased time off based on tenure
- Holidays: 13 Paid Holidays

- Patient Demographics: 50% Adult / 50% Child
- Session Length: 2 hours for child consultations

- Must be Board Certified or Fellowship-trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
